A LIFETIME OF HARD WORK
BUILT AROUND HARD WORK
Jason grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, where his father was a tool and die maker who opened his own shop.
From an early age, Jason was around tools, machines, and the day-to-day of running a business. Watching his father taught him the value of hard work, responsibility, and building something of your own.
ALWAYS LOOKING FOR THE NEXT CHALLENGE
Jason moved to Oregon for college, where he discovered competitive powerlifting and went on to set multiple national records.
In 1997, he joined the United States Marine Corps.
The Marines strengthened the values that guide him today, discipline, accountability, perseverance, and doing what you say you're going to do.
It was also where he met his future wife, a fellow Marine. They later settled in Florida and raised their two sons.
FINDING THE INDUSTRY THAT FELT LIKE HOME
After his military service, Jason spent many years in the corporate world.
In 2017, he entered the grinder and recycling industry and immediately connected with the people, their work ethic, and their values.
More importantly, he enjoyed building real relationships with customers and understanding their businesses.
He realized he didn't simply want to sell parts, he wanted the freedom to take care of customers the way he believed they should be taken care of.
THE BEGINNING OF GRINDER PARTS
In April 2023, Jason took that step and opened Grinder Parts LLC.
The idea was simple: build a business where the customer's needs come first and relationships matter.
As needs change, Grinder Parts changes with them, continuously learning, expanding, and finding better solutions to help customers keep their operations moving.
For Jason, success isn't measured only by the parts sold. It's measured by the customers who know they can count on Grinder Parts.
